Lemonade Stand for Haiti

Congratulations to our St. Dominic students who raised almost $700 in one day by selling lemonade and goodies for Mount Carmel Parish in Haiti.

Lemonade Sales for Haiti

10th Anniversary of Hurricane Katrina

To reference the article in the Clarion Herald June 5, 2006,

Miss LeBlanc is quoted:

“We found a way to renew, rebuild and restore our lives, our parish and our school.  Though we suffered losses and setbacks, our power lies in the

gifts of faith, hope and love.”

We thank God for his countless blessing upon our school, parish and community.  We wish to thank the many friends, families, and numerous volunteers

who helped us return home!

We hope you enjoy viewing some of the photos of the students, families, and faculty as they rejoiced in being reunited with friends and family beginning from our first Mass at Holy Ghost Church, September 2005, to our temporary home at Holy Rosary, to our wondrous return home to St. Dominic School, May 2006.
